I was going there about 4 times seemed like a nice place nice people ! I usually tip 5. -7 dollars but I got a pedicure too and this time only had 3.00 to give to each person ! She was so upset ! When I called for appointment after 2 weeks the husband told me they had no openings to go somewhere else ! I said excuse me ! I had him repeat it and he did ! I said you can’t do that just because I didn’t tip that much last time I didn’t have enough ! He rudely hung up ! Told me to go elsewhere ! So these people understand a tip is not even mandatory ?! The law says in New York It’s infact a curtisy got some nerve ! I was gonna give them extra this time because I didn’t have enough !but after the phone call for the appointment I was so upset and disturbed by the greed of these people it was horrific ! And the way I was treated being a good customer ! Mortified to say the least ! I’m gonna make some calls to see if they can get away with not servicing people if they don’t tip enough and humiliate them !this is not acceptable in a place of service & unprofessional to scam people !pick customers for a clientele that tip good and turn the people that tip less away ! I never heard such things ! Watch your tickets & trickery in pricing ask first how much ! Or she will just add things on ! Also nails break every time with the woman not the man ! On purpose to get extra money ! I with him never had a nail break with her 2 times and she was told make them thicker ! She try’s to play you !! You’ll see for yourselves ! I’m beside myself !
